Sheryl Crow radiates beauty in a one-shoulder black silk blouse and plaid trousers while attending the premiere of Showtime's documentary about her life at the 2022 SXSW Conference and Festival in Austin

Sheryl Crow looked simply stunning as she arrived in style to the world premiere of Showtime's new documentary, Sheryl: Music from the Feature Documentary, at the 2022 SXSW Conference and Festival in Austin on Friday night.

While flashing a radiant smile on the red carpet outside the Zach Theatre, the nine-time Grammy winner, who turned 60 last month, cut a stylish figure in a one-shoulder black silk blouse with a ruffled hem and plaid trousers. 

She accessorized her chic ensemble with a few chunky silver bangles, hoop earrings and her golden blonde hair in voluminous waves.

For the star-studded event, the Real Gone singer sported a deep smokey eye shadow, pink lipstick and a sweep of blush across her cheekbones for a gorgeous, healthy-looking glow. 

According to the doc's press release, the intimate film about Crow's 'hard-fought musical career battling sexism, depression, perfectionism, cancer, and the price of fame – before harnessing the power of her gift.

After posing for photos with director Amy Scott, 37, who wore a strapless black minidress with semi-sheer tights and chunky heels, the mother-of-two raved about choosing her help bring the story of her life to the big screen.

'I had seen her work and I just felt like I could trust that she had the right vision for the story,' Crow gushed to Variety SXSW Studio about Scott. 'She and her team totally nailed it, and they created a safe place for me to tell the story.' 

Additionally, Crow's manager, Scooter Weintraub, came to show his support for his client after years of convincing her to participate in a documentary. 

Earlier in the day, Crow revealed in tandem with her upcoming documentary, out on May 6, she'll be releasing Sheryl: Music from the Feature Documentary.

The CD, available for preorder, will feature some of her biggest hits, including If It Makes You Happy, Soak Up the Sun, All I Wanna Do, Redemption Day and many others.

In the first trailer, she talked about knowing from an 'early age' that music was a rewarding and 'joyful thing' but also 'nerve-wracking.

She added: 'It’s always hard to look back and talk about who you were, because it’s only who you think you were.' 

In addition to concert footage and live performances, Laura Dern, Keith Richards, Joe Walsh, Emmylou Harris, Brandi Carlile will also make cameos.
